Marrow & Marble is operated by Vertex Principles LLC and ships from the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If this changes, we will update this page.

Delays

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We will help you track and resolve any issue.
