180-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 180 days of delivery. Contact us at support@marrowandmarble.com with your order number to start the process.

How to start a return

Email support@marrowandmarble.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Hygiene exclusion

For health and safety reasons, opened or used single-use serum ampoules cannot be returned. The applicator and any unopened ampoules are covered. This does not affect your rights regarding defective items.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Return shipping

For guarantee returns, we will provide instructions, which may include a prepaid return label. For damaged or defective items, return shipping is on us.
